Nest Gallery at Sister Sledge

We all had a lovely day yesterday at 'Sister Sledge: A Christmas Fete' at the Sassoon Gallery organised by The Sisters Burn - Laura Vent, Sophie Vent and Jaimie Barker. Music by Rhosyn (www.myspace.com/listentorhosyn) and a choir, a little terrier called Ted, Roving Bazaar and a whole host of others as well as an abundance of delicious baked goods and mulled wine.

Our exhibitors for the day were Anna Lincoln, Annabel Innes, Chloe Bonfield, Becky Gilbey, Emily Howells and Anne Wilkins, Alice Marwick, Lucy Davidson, Amrita Saggu, Alison Mure, Aneeka Makwana, Beatrice and Tess Richardson of She-Me and myself selling zines, cards, prints, brooches, notebooks, colouring books and drawings.

Nest Gallery has been a lot of fun and we look forward to lots more exciting projects in the new year. I'd like to thank everyone who has been involved, our very talented contributing artists and mad props to Anna Lincoln, Millie Easton and Chloe Bonfield for helping with me organisation, design (Anna's one of the best designers I know), introducing me to new artists to work with and setting up events and exhibitions throughout the year.
